Background
On June 23rd 2022, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) denied authorisation to market JUUL products in the United States, also known as an MDO or a Marketing Denial Order. Since then, the FDA has issued an administrative stay of enforcement of our MDOs, while we go through a regulatory appeal process known as “supervisory review." This FDA review process enables the company to provide clarifying information as stated in the MDO.
While the stay is in effect, all of our products remain available for sale in all of our global markets.
Can I still buy JUUL products in the UK?

Did JUUL products get discontinued in the UK?
No, JUUL products are not discontinued in the UK. You can buy our JUUL2 products at JUUL.co.uk or at a store near you. JUUL2 offers an enhanced vapour experience with 70% more e-liquid and 20% more battery capacity than the original JUUL system.
